Perfect weather
If you've ever wondered what the weather is like in heaven, I think we are catching a glimpse of it today. It's perfect outside- almost 70 degrees, and not a cloud in the sky!
Eddie took his first ride down a real slide today! Of course he loved it. No pictures, I had my hands on him. I did take some pictures of him just being cute...

Eddie's silliness
This video is a few weeks old already, but I've been promising I'd post it. Eddie does this really silly face when you sniffle at him. He does it back, but he moves his mouth and looks like a big bull dog.

Welcome Max!
Here are some pictures of Thing 4- who finally has a name! Archer Maximo Logan. It's a little different, yeah, I know. It will grow on you.
We are all home, and doing well. Max is a little orange carrot, so we've got what looks like a baby tanning bed in the living room. He doesn't like being in it very much, since he has to be naked in it. He LOVES to be swaddled and cuddled. Hopefully at tomorrow's doctor appointment his bilirubin levels will be low enough to where we can ditch the bilibed.
Cathy's here, and she has been a tremendous help! It seems like there is always something that needs done, someone needs a diaper change, feeding, laundry, cooking, cleaning, and today is homework catch up day for the older two, who (thank god) go back to school tomorrow!
Anyway, enjoy the pictures!

Pictures from Indy
We're having a great time in Indy! The weather has been warmner and sunnier here than in South Carolina! This is such a pretty time of year out here in the woods and cornfields with the leaves starting to change, and all the fall festivities. Yesterday we went to the pumpkin patch/apple orchard, and played some "Cornhole". Cornhole is similar to horseshoes except we use wooden boxes (cornhole platforms) and corn bags instead of horseshoes and metal stakes. Austin is already making plans for his dad to build some cornhole platforms at home!
Here are some pics.

Time flies
Wow I can't believe how quickly time is going by! It's been 2 weeks since our last post. And what a wild and crazy 2 weeks it has been! I won't go in to details on the post, but we've been dealing with quite a bit back to back lately.
Scott's science class raised some caterpillars and watched them turn in to butterflies this week! His teacher took a picture of him releasing his Painted Lady in the newly built butterfly garden outside the school.
Today we are leaving for a quick trip to Indiana to see Ms. Cheez Ball! And Uncle Danny and Danielle, and the rest of the Indiana clan. It's just me, Austin, Scott, and Eddie going... so we'll see how a 7 month pregnant lady can handle 3 kids alone on a plane for 5 hours this afternoon! WIsh me luck! I'll be sure to take pictures.

It's a bird... it's a... no, it's really a bird!
Well, Doug left for Boston for the week this morning, and it got started off with a bang- or should I say flutter... isn't a bird in the house a bad omen?
Here's a picture of the stupid bird perched up on the ceiling fan, and then trying to get out the kitchen window- his eventual route of escape. I'm guessing Ebony brought him in, judging by the blood on the floor and wall by the cat door. Fun stuff!

Off to a better start
This week is definitely off to a better start! We got our new fridge installed yesterday from Lowe's- it's fancy, with french doors and all! Much to my surprise, the front of it is NOT magnetic! How can that be? How can you have a fridge with no magnets on the front? That's just nuts.
Anyway, here are a couple of pictures from yesterday.

Overdue
Ok, here are the ultrasound pics for Thing 4. I know they are long overdue being posted, and most of you have seen them already, but the kids asked why I didn't post them yet, so here they are. We still don't know if it's a boy or girl... the ultrasound tech assured us that the "leg shot" seen below means nothing as far as gender goes, so no assuming it's a girl.
